Margaret McSwiggan, Belfast (Co. Tyrone?) 1828, is the Matriarch of the Roddy-McSwiggan-Darragh-McVeigh clan, who emigrated to Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 1880 to work at the T. M. Sinclair Packing Plant. Over 100 Roddy, McSwiggan, Darragh, McVeigh family members lived in the the SE side of Cedar Rapids through the 1920s. We are the descendants of Patrick Roddy, Margaret McSwiggan Roddy's son, searching for our relatives.
